We design Mahala Sauna products to last. If something is not as expected, this Reclaims & Warranty section explains how we look after you when it comes to returns, faults and long-term protection.

📦 Change of mind

If you decide a Mahala Sauna product is not right for you, you can request a reclaim within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The product is unused and in “as new” condition.
  • All original packaging, manuals and accessories are included.
  • The sauna has not been modified, assembled permanently or damaged.

Return shipping costs and inspection fees may apply unless the product is faulty.

🚚 Damaged in transit

If your sauna arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Keep all packaging and take clear photos of the damage.
  • Share your order number and delivery details with our team.
  • We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund depending on the assessment.

Visible damage should also be noted with the courier at the time of delivery where possible.

⚠️ When we cannot accept a reclaim

We may be unable to approve a reclaim or return if:

  • The product shows signs of misuse, neglect or incorrect installation.
  • Accessories or key components are missing.
  • The sauna has been used commercially without an appropriate agreement.
  • The request is made outside the stated reclaim window on your order confirmation.

Warranty coverage

Every Mahala Sauna product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty covering:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Electrical and heating components, within the stated warranty period.
  • Structural integrity of the frame and key supporting parts.

The length of the warranty and specific coverage is detailed on your product page and order confirmation.

🔍 What is not covered

To keep things transparent, our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks or colour changes over time.
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, power supply issues or unauthorised repairs.
  • Use of non-approved accessories or modifications to the sauna.
  • Damage due to improper storage, moisture exposure or extreme weather conditions.

How to start a reclaim or warranty request

Step 1 – Contact us
Email our team with your order number, contact details and a short description of the issue.

Step 2 – Share evidence
Where relevant, please include photos or short videos of the product, packaging and any visible fault.

Step 3 – Assessment
Our support team will review your case and confirm whether it qualifies as a reclaim, return or warranty claim.

Step 4 – Resolution
Depending on the assessment, we will arrange a repair, replacement, store credit or refund in line with our policy.
